At Aceitunas Dur\u00e0, located in Castalla (Alicante), in the heart of the Mediterranean, we have been carefully crafting our high-quality olives and pickles with tradition for over two decades. Our history officially began in 2000, although our roots go back much further : we come from a family that, generation after generation, has dedicated its life to growing, selecting, and seasoning olives and vegetables, passing on a know-how that remains the essence of our company today.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We prepare our olives and pickles with the same respect and dedication that the products of our land deserve. From Castalla, a privileged enclave between mountains and olive groves, we select the best raw materials from Andalusia, Extremadura and also from local producers in the Spanish Levante and northern Spain. Each batch that arrives at our facilities undergoes a meticulous selection process to guarantee the freshness, texture, and authentic flavor that characterise our products.<\/p>

Along with our olives, we also prepare a careful selection of pickles: cebollitas (pickled onions), variantes (pickled vegetables), guindillas (chili peppers), alcaparrones (big caper), pepinillos (gherkins), pimientos (peppers), and picadillo (mixed pickles), all made with fresh vegetables and natural dressings that preserve their flavor and properties intact.<\/p>

Our philosophy is based on offering fresh, healthy products with an authentic Mediterranean touch. That is why we take care of every detail of the process \u2014 from the selection of the fruit to its packaging \u2014 always ensuring a final product of the highest quality, with the traditional flavour and aroma that only skilled artisans can achieve.<\/p>
